At first I thought this was a great highchair.Now I am thinking about running it over with my truck.First, the child doesn't sit straight even when the back is up as far as it goes.Second, it has more nooks and crannies than you can ever imagine.Its fine when you baby is 6 months old and letting you feed him.But the moment my son insisted on feeding himself this chair was a nightmare.It has grooves in the arms, the tray, under the tray all that require you to use a toothbrush to get the food out as best you can.Then there is the "double padded" seat.Just another place for food to get into.The outside pad also has a number of grooves and bends where food will hide.Third, don't even think about washing the tray in the dishwasher.It won't fit.I can barley fit it into my sink on its side to rinse it off.If you don't use the pop off tray or food get on the lower tray you are in trouble.The lower tray has holes underneath so if you try to rinse the tray off it will have water in it forever.The last time I was trying to get all the gunk out of this chair my husband suggested I just take a hose to it outside.Best idea I've heard for cleaning it yet!Does it look nice? Yes.Does it roll around easily? Yes.Does it fold up? Yes.Should you buy it?NO, unless you get a kick out of digging banana out of the cracks with a toothbrush in your spare time!
