We haven't use this to its full potential but after a few uses:

Cons:
1.next to no instructions
2.cover doesn't stay put with wiggly child (or we have yet to figure it out due to poor instructions)

Pros:
1.have a soft side and a waterproof side
2.like the flaps that go over the side of the highchair/cart
