item arrived quickly and very well packed. fairly easy to assemble, took 15-20 minutes. the safety snap to secure the tray to the seat was missing.if i feel it is needed, i will contact the factory.one of the tray hinges is a little difficult to latch. this can be overcome by latching it first then the other. one feature that is very notable is the female end of each screw has a metal insert placed by the factory. therefore you are attaching screws to threaded metal instead of wood.they are less likely to become "striped out" over time and use.
the tone of the cherry finish is a little darker/redder than my other cherry furniture.
in all, i would highly recommend this product and i would purchase again for myself or as a gift.
